WinPKR Game Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on WinPKR Game, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you are entering into a binding agreement with WinPKR Game under these Terms and Conditions. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete registration and remains in place until your account is permanently closed.

These terms apply to all products and services available on WinPKR Game, including sports betting (cricket, PSL, football, esports), fish games, slots, bingo, live games and all deposit and withdrawal functions. Additional terms specific to individual promotions or game types will be communicated at the relevant point and form part of this overall agreement.

WinPKR Game reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of material changes when you next log in to your account. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use WinPKR Game, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where use of such platforms is not prohibited.
• You must not already hold an existing account on WinPKR Game.
• You must not have previously been excluded or banned from WinPKR Game.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full name, date of birth, contact number and a valid payment method. WinPKR Game may request supporting documentation to verify your identity and age at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed.

It is your responsibility to ensure all information held on your account remains accurate and up to date. If any of your details change — including your mobile number or bank account — you must update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.

3. Account Responsibility

Your WinPKR Game account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication methods associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person.

WinPKR Game will treat any activity carried out using your login credentials as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify us immediately. We cannot accept liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to keep your credentials secure.

Each player may hold only one account on WinPKR Game. If duplicate accounts are identified — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address — all duplicate accounts will be suspended. Any balances, bonuses or pending withdrawals associated with the duplicate accounts will be forfeited. The original account may also be subject to review.

4. Deposits & Payments

WinPKR Game accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Deposit processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your WinPKR Game balance instantly. Bank transfer and Raast deposits are generally settled within the same business day, subject to your bank's processing times.

• Minimum deposit amounts may apply per payment method and will be displayed at the time of deposit.
• WinPKR Game does not charge a deposit fee from its side, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support immediately if you believe an incorrect amount has been deposited.
• WinPKR Game reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it cannot be satisfactorily verified.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on WinPKR Game are processed automatically once submitted and verified. Withdrawals are paid in PKR only and must be directed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your registered bank account.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed any applicable identity verification steps. Accounts that have not been fully verified may have withdrawal requests held pending the submission of the required documentation.

• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically land in your wallet within five minutes of approval.
• Raast and bank transfer withdrawals are generally completed within the same business day.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of standard banking hours may be processed on the next business day for bank transfers.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per method — these are displayed in your account at the time of withdrawal.

WinPKR Game reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold. This is a standard security measure and is not a reflection of any wrongdoing on the player's part.

Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the specific wagering requirements attached to that bonus before they become eligible for withdrawal. Real-money balances deposited directly by the player are available for withdrawal at any time, subject to verification requirements.

6. Betting Rules

WinPKR Game offers betting markets across cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and major ICC tournaments), football, esports and other sports. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

The following general betting rules apply across all markets on WinPKR Game:

• Bets placed after the official start of an event — unless in a live in-play market — will be void.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific sport rules applicable to that market. In most cases, bets on an abandoned cricket match will be void unless a result has been reached under DLS or other official methods.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds have been clearly set at an incorrect value — WinPKR Game reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous odds and to notify affected players.
• The maximum payout per settled bet ticket is subject to limits per market, which are displayed within the betting interface.
• Live in-play markets are subject to brief suspension periods around key moments in a match — wickets, over changes, reviews. Bets submitted during a suspension will be rejected and funds returned.

WinPKR Game's decision on the settlement of any bet — including in cases of disputes — is final. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you may contact support within 72 hours of settlement with the relevant details.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

WinPKR Game offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion will carry its own specific terms including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, minimum qualifying odds, maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, and an expiry period.

General bonus conditions that apply across all WinPKR Game promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any winnings generated from those funds can be withdrawn.
• When a player holds both a real-money balance and a bonus balance, real-money funds are used first unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• WinPKR Game reserves the right to withdraw, alter or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bets already placed under the terms of the promotion at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus terms — including via multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other forms of abuse — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on WinPKR Game and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated betting software, scripts, bots or any form of mechanical or electronic assistance to place bets.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of bets or games.
• Money laundering — using the platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds for any purpose other than legitimate gaming entertainment.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or exploiting promotions.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Any form of fraud, misrepresentation or deception in relation to your account, deposits, bets or withdrawals.
• Allowing or facilitating a minor to access or use your WinPKR Game account.

WinPKR Game actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, WinPKR Game reserves the right to void all affected bets and transactions, close the account, and retain any balance as partial compensation for the damage caused.

9. Responsible Gaming

WinPKR Game is an entertainment platform. Gaming should always be approached as a leisure activity with a fixed personal budget — not as a means of generating income or recovering money that has been lost. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every registered player directly within the account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum PKR deposit amount per day, week or month. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period once set.
• Session Reminders: Set a timer that alerts you when you have been active on the platform for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or indefinite suspension of your own account. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and you will not be able to log in or deposit during the exclusion period.

Reasons that may lead to suspension or closure include — but are not limited to — failure to complete identity verification, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, prohibited conduct as described in Section 8, a request from the account holder themselves, or a court or regulatory order.

If your account is closed by WinPKR Game following a confirmed breach of these terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to any breach on your part, your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following verification.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting WinPKR Game support. Account closure requests are typically processed within one business day.

11. Privacy & Data

WinPKR Game collects and processes personal data for the purpose of operating the platform, processing transactions, verifying identity, preventing fraud, and communicating with you about your account and relevant promotions. 12. Limitation of Liability

WinPKR Game provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the platform is reliable and accessible, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. WinPKR Game is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by temporary outages, maintenance windows or connectivity issues beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WinPKR Game's total liability to you in connection with the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the net real-money deposits you have made in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

WinPKR Game is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity or any other economic loss arising from your use of the platform.

13. Amendments to These Terms

WinPKR Game may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
